Today I visited Divine Gardens Lahore after 4 weeks and was amazed to see so many things have changed in last 4 weeks alone. Looks like developers are very serious about project completion and may want to complete it in time or perhaps before the targeted 3 years. I found on site a very high quality of development work and materials that is much superior to even Bahria Town and Sukh Chayn Gardens. I wish and pray some day DHA adopt these great standars too. There was more eqiupment on duty and working in Divine Gardens than I saw working in DHA 7.
Divine Gardens Lahore is not a paper society but a true most modern under construction project that is going to be a gated comminty of nearly 900 houses ( keep in mind BT only have about 400 completed safari villas on ground till today even after a decade of development work). developer have acquired the land you can see the boundary wall on all sides. Developer is serious to complete the project because they have started the development work even before actal launch of project. Divine Developers have many past completed projects of very good quality that can be seen on gorund close to Divine Gardens.
I think best development standard in Lahore was of
1) Sukh Chayn
2) Bahria Town
3) Khayabane - e - Amin
4) DHA Lahore
I think in coming months Divine Gardens may top all these because the material quality workman ship & number of heavy equipment used in here is awesome. It is highly recommended that when ever you will visit the METRO store on Airport road do visit the Divine Gardens and see how much work is already done or being done and you can see what type of materials are being used in sewage, roads and inside the under construction houses.

If you need a home in Lahore in the next one to three years time and want to avail the option to pay in installments, Divine Gardens is the best option for you. You should visit the on gound work (or send some representative/family member to visit). In my opinion the right time to buy is now. The developers are very rapidly working on parks and roads before the official launch expected in July. Please note that nearly 1/3rd of the project is already sold in the pre-launch without any official advertisement campaigns. This shows the confidence people have in this project. So don't miss the chance. Once the parks and roads take their shape you might not be able to get good locations and price may go up too.
